Passport Renewal Procedure

Helpers can be booked in the following ways:

1. Whatsapp: 852 5437-0020 The domestic worker must enter her name and passport number.
   The consulate will reply and confirm the domestic worker’s appointment date and time. The helper must arrive on time.
2. Postal: The domestic worker must post the following documents to the following address:
   “Pelayanan Booking Paspor KJRI
   HONG KONG” Fungsi Imigrasi KJRI Hong Kong Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia
   127-129 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay Hong Kong.
